Registration will open on May 21 for Title 1 schools and May 24 for all schools.

To register your class for a Discover the Flyway Vernal Pools field trip for the 2024-2025 school year, choose and click on a date below. This will take you to a registration form which must be completed and submitted to reserve your date.

Please look ahead at your school holiday schedule, teacher workdays, early dismissal days, and bus availability before making a reservation. Although we will try to accommodate changes to your field trip date, we cannot guarantee another date will be available.

If you do not see any open dates, check back regularly for openings. Cancellations occur and new dates will be added if staffing allows. There is not a waitlist.

When a field trip date has been reserved and is no longer available, the event will be highlighted in red. Sometimes reservations happen quickly and there may be a delay before this happens. If you get to a screen with a message saying “Event Registration is closed.”, that date is reserved. Please choose another available date.
