Friends of Yolo Basin Foundation ensure our programs continue to provide unique wetlands, wildlife, and educational experiences for thousands of children and adults annually. Friends also provide critical support for continuing conservation efforts on behalf of the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area.

A Friend of Yolo Basin Foundation is any individual or household who donates $25 or more within the last twelve months, based on a cumulative total.

Donate at least $25 per year to become a Friend. Benefits are greater as you donate more. Whether you prefer to give one lump sum, or donate multiple times throughout the year, you will automatically become a Friend.

Your support helps us to provide hundreds of educational programs every year! From teaching school groups about the wetlands to watching summer bat fly-outs, your gift helps us to achieve our mission. We are pleased to appreciate and engage with our Friends throughout the year through monthly email newsletters, recognition on our website, invitations to exclusive events & early bird registration opportunities.

Our sustaining financial contributors donate automatically monthly or annually by using a debit or credit card. Recurring donations can also be made monthly, via an automatic check. This is a convenient way for you to give while helping YBF maintain a steady stream of income throughout the year.
